Millar's Genuine Wood Roasted Coffee - a microroaster located in Yacolt WA / Southwest Washington Near Portland OR - Gourmet espresso and drip coffee blends. Roasted in the Pacific Northwest at the base of Mt. St Helens. Each batch is roasted by hand, ensuring a consistent product, not found anywhere else. Traditionally, coffee was roasted using only heat from burning a wood fire. We've adopted that method into our own espresso coffee roasting process, imparting a subtle smokey flavor to our gourmet blends. Millar's Genuine Wood Roasted Coffee, a micro roaster, uses a blend of organic fair trade and 100 percent sustainable coffees from around the world. We are committed to the organic coffee movement and believe in non petroleum fuels to produce our fresh roasted coffee & fresh roasted espresso expresso. We believe that organic coffee is the future and sustainable coffee practices are very important to the environment. Located in Yacolt, Southwest Washington, we are near Vancouver, WA & Portland, OR.
